Several decades of hard labor have gone into the investigation. It is time to discharge the duty of offering it to the public.

Doubtful as it is that the public will rush to avail itself of the offering.

This was first published in January 2025. A little over a year later now, for the second time some minor emendations have been made, and more of part four is published. Thus more than half of this part as well is now published, and about half of the whole.
